CVE:CVE-2026-33773 |

Junos OS: EX Series, QFX Series: If the same egress filter is configured on both an IRB and a physical interface one of those is not applied
MEDIUM (5.8)
An Incorrect Initialization of Resource vulnerability in the packet forwarding engine (pfe) of Juniper Networks Junos OS on specific EX Series and QFX Series device allows an unauthenticated, network-based attacker to cause an integrity impact to downstream networks.
When the same family inet or inet6 filter is applied on an IRB interface and on a physical interface as egress filter on EX4100, EX4400, EX4650 and QFX5120 devices, only one of the two filters will be applied, which can lead to traffic being sent out one of these interfaces which should have been blocked.
This issue affects Junos OS on EX Series and QFX Series:
* 23.4 version 23.4R2-S6,
* 24.2 version 24.2R2-S3.
No other Junos OS versions are affected.

Junos OS: A specifically crafted 'show chassis' command causes chassisd to crash
MEDIUM (5.5)
A NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability in the chassis daemon (chassisd) of Juniper Networks Junos OS on MX, SRX and EX Series allows a local attacker with low privileges to cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS).
When a user executes the 'show chassis' command with specifically crafted options, chassisd will crash and restart. Due to this all components but the Routing Engine (RE) in the chassis are reinitialized, which leads to a complete service outage, which the system automatically recovers from.
This issue affects:
Junos OS on MX, SRX and EX Series, except MX10000 Series and MX304:
* all versions before 22.4R3-S8,
* 23.2 versions before 23.2R2-S5,
* 23.4 versions before 23.4R2-S6,
* 24.2 versions before 24.2R2-S2,
* 24.4 versions before 24.4R2.

Junos OS: SRX Series, QFX Series, MX Series and EX Series: Receiving specific HTTPS traffic causes resource exhaustion
HIGH (7.5)
An Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in the http daemon (httpd) of Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series, QFX Series, MX Series and EX Series allows an unauthenticated, network-based attacker to cause Denial-of-Service (DoS).
An attacker can send specific HTTPS connection requests to the device, triggering the creation of processes that are not properly terminated. Over time, this leads to resource exhaustion, ultimately causing the device to crash and restart.
The following command can be used to monitor the resource usage:
user@host> show system processes extensive | match mgd | count
This issue affects Junos OS on SRX Series and EX Series:
All versions before 21.4R3-S7,
from 22.2 before 22.2R3-S4,
from 22.3 before 22.3R3-S3,
from 22.4 before 22.4R3-S2,
from 23.2 before 23.2R2-S1,
from 23.4 before 23.4R1-S2, 23.4R2.

Junos OS: J-Web: An unauthenticated, network-based attacker can perform XPATH injection attack against a device.
HIGH (8.8)
An Improper Neutralization of Data within XPath Expressions ('XPath Injection') vulnerability in J-Web shipped with Juniper Networks Junos OS allows an unauthenticated, network-based attacker to execute remote commands on the target device.
While an administrator is logged into a J-Web session or has previously logged in and subsequently logged out of their J-Web session, the attacker can arbitrarily execute commands on the target device with the other user's credentials. In the worst case, the attacker will have full control over the device.
This issue affects Junos OS:
* All versions before 21.2R3-S8,
* from 21.4 before 21.4R3-S7,
* from 22.2 before 22.2R3-S4,
* from 22.3 before 22.3R3-S3,
* from 22.4 before 22.4R3-S2,
* from 23.2 before 23.2R2,
* from 23.4 before 23.4R1-S1, 23.4R2.

Junos OS: SRX Series and EX Series: J-Web doesn't sufficiently sanitize input to prevent XSS
HIGH (8.8)
An Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in J-Web of Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series and EX Series allows an attacker to construct a URL that when visited by another user enables the attacker to execute commands with the target's permissions, including an administrator.
A specific invocation of the emit_debug_note method in webauth_operation.php will echo back the data it receives.
This issue affects Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series and EX Series:
* All versions earlier than 20.4R3-S10;
* 21.2 versions earlier than 21.2R3-S8;
* 21.4 versions earlier than 21.4R3-S6;
* 22.1 versions earlier than 22.1R3-S5;
* 22.2 versions earlier than 22.2R3-S3;
* 22.3 versions earlier than 22.3R3-S2;
* 22.4 versions earlier than 22.4R3-S1;
* 23.2 versions earlier than 23.2R2;
* 23.4 versions earlier than 23.4R2.
